We take a more holistic approach to treating skin ailments. We believe in understanding what may be causing your issue and removing the source instead of just treating the symptoms. We will provide prescriptions when necessary, but our ultimate goal is to pinpoint the cause. We also offer some natural options for treatment. Christina has worked in dermatology for many years and has extensive experience treating acne and rashes.
Injectables
Smooth out wrinkles, reduce tension, replace lost volume, and add contour. We use neuromodulators and conservative amounts of filler to create a lifted, more relaxed, natural appearance.

Neuromodulators (Botox/Dysport/Jeauveau/Xeomin) are most commonly used to treat forehead lines and crow’s feet. These can also be used on the lower face and neck to create a lifting effect and a more relaxed overall appearance. In the hands of an experienced injector many areas of concern can be treated with neuromodulation including flared nostrils, a gummy smile, chin dimpling, a turned-down smile, marionette lines, jowls, TMJ, and lips.

Dermal Hyaluronic Acid Filler (Restylane/Versa/Belotero/Juvederm) replaces lost volume in the cheeks, temples, chin, lips, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, under the eyes, and jaw.

We also offer Skinvive injections for improved skin hydration and texture. Results can be seen in 2-4 weeks and last up to 6 months.

We use Asclera (an injectable sclerosing agent) to treat visible spider veins on the legs. Compression stockings/socks should be worn immediately after treatment and continuously for the first 2-3 days post-treatment. This treatment is not meant for bulging varicose veins which should be evaluated and treated by a vascular surgeon.
Lasers & Skin Rejuvenation
We utilize state-of-the-art lasers, lights, and energy-based devices to rejuvenate and tighten the skin while stimulating collagen and elastin production.

We offer IPL (intense pulsed light) to treat sun damage (brown spots) and redness. IPL can also be used to treat bruises or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. An IPL photofacial is a popular procedure to treat sun damage and red vessels on the face but this device can be used on the chest, hands, and body as well.

Our Genius RF microneedling device improves fine lines, acne scarring, large pores, and any textural unevenness while also tightening the skin. The radiofrequency heat is delivered into the deeper layers of the skin to promote tightening and boost collagen production.
SkinPen microneedling is used to treat uneven texture and promote an overall glow. This procedure boosts collagen production and smooths acne scars or noticeable pores/texture.

Ulthera skin tightening is also available upon request. This device uses ultrasound-delivered heat to cause tissue contraction deeper down, above the muscle, and also treats the dermis to promote collagen production and tissue healing. This treatment only requires one session to see significant results. It can be used on all skin types at any time of the year.

PRP and PRF (platelet-rich plasma/fibrin) injections for skin rejuvenation and hair growth stimulation. PRP can be used instead of filler in delicate areas like the under eye to stimulate tissue repair and improve the appearance of dark circles and crepey skin. PRP is also often used for hair restoration. This procedure involves drawing your blood, spinning it down to separate the platelet-rich plasma and injecting the PRP into the area to be rejuvenated.

Biostimulatory injections (Sculptra) replace volume loss over time and stimulate collagen production. Great for someone who wants overall subtle volume replacement and skin glow.

Christina DeMartino is a New York City-trained dermatology physician assistant with over 12 years of clinical experience. Specializing in aesthetics, she has worked in cosmetic and medical dermatology at high-end practices across Manhattan and the Hamptons since 2012 and is now bringing her expertise to the North Fork of Long Island, where she calls home. Christina earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees from Wagner College’s accelerated physician assistant program, completing her education in just five years.
Known for her ability to connect with patients and understand their unique aesthetic goals, Christina listens attentively and creates personalized treatment plans that deliver effective, natural-looking results. Her thoughtful approach ensures that patients leave feeling rejuvenated yet still looking like themselves. Christina takes a holistic approach to aesthetic medicine, focusing on treating the face as a whole, while also educating her patients on preventative care and at-home skincare routines.
Highly skilled in a wide range of cosmetic procedures, including injectables and laser treatments, Christina has developed a particular expertise in Ultherapy skin tightening, where she has pioneered several innovative techniques.
In 2024, Christina was honored with Dan's Papers Best of the Best award for Best Botox.
Originally from the Boston area, Christina now resides on the North Fork with her husband and daughter. She enjoys cooking, fashion, photography, travel, interior design, and gardening in her free time.
